Job Requirements

As an Outside Sales Representative, you must be self-motivated, confident and energetic, with a positive attitude and a strong drive to succeed. You must also display high degrees of honesty and integrity as well a solid work ethic. It is also important that you have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills as well as the ability to quickly establish rapport and develop long-lasting relationships with a wide range of business customers.

Specific qualifications for the Outside Sales Representative position include:

  • Sales experience preferred, but we will train the right person
  • Strong persuasive abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Willingness to learn
  • Outside sales experience, a plus
  • Customer facing experience, a plus  

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, a plus
  • 3-5 years experience or working with technical specifications for electronics or related products
  • 3-5 years of experience working in sales preferred
